I founded TeamWork to help you succeed in exactly these.

As an attorney, with a Bachelor's degree in law and international relations and a Master's degree in conflict management and mediation, I experienced, participated in, and led various ways of conflict resolution. I discovered that the adversarial way of conflict resolution (legal proceedings) is not always the best, most efficient, and most pleasant. There are Alternatives - in which I chose to engage and develop, so that my clients can settle their conflicts, in a short time and at a low cost, and focus on the collaborations that contribute to their growth.

I apply the same approach of safeguarding client's interests, while aiming for fruitful cooperation based on identical or complementary interests, in negotiation processes as well. The same processes that many see as a zero-sum game between two parties, and miss the cooperative, pleasant and more efficient manner through which they can be managed. Processes that, when managed correctly, based on a strategy prepared in advance, and from a deep understanding of the other party, can lead to fruitful collaborations.
